TUESDAY, July 30th
FARM WORK DAY
8 - 10AM | Rides from behind Robo
Come out to the O-Farm Tuesday morning for a workday where we'll be harvesting down in the fields!! We will be leaving from behind Robo at 8am, and we'll be back by 10am. No experience required, just bring a water bottle and dress for the weather!

FLOWER POWER SUSTY FEED
6:30 - 7:30PM | Sustainable Living Center (2 Choate Rd)
Join us this Tuesday for an edible-flower and O-farm-herb-and-veggie powered meal at the SLC! All are welcome.
RSVP HERE for the feed so our cooks can get a good estimate of how much food to make.
FREE MARKET THRIFT STORE OPEN HOURS
7 - 9PM | North Massachusetts Basement
Instead of buying new, get your fresh fit at the Free Market!
You can also drop off donations during our open hours.
WEDNESDAY, July 31st
SUSTAINABILITY OFFICE HOURS
12 - 1:30PM | Collis/Foco patio (rain location: Robo 106)
Come ask Susty staff questions about sustainability and learn more about sustainability at Dartmouth! There will be sweet treats for you to enjoy.
All are welcome, and no prior involvement with Dartmouth Sustainability is required. Bring your friends!
BEE WORK DAY
3:30 - 5PM | Rides from behind Robo
Come hang out with the BEES at the O-Farm on Wednesday!! We will be suited up in bee suits to head into the field and check up on the bee hives. Spend time outside & learn about beekeeping!

BIKES SALE
5 - 6PM | Bikes Shop (Fahey-McLane)
Need a pair of wheels to cruise around campus this summer? Get a bike from Dartmouth Bikes, and help divert waste from the landfill!
Bikes will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Bikes are priced from $75-$300, with the median bike price of $150.

Want to reduce your environmental impact? Tired of buying directly from fast fashion companies with poor labor treatment? Want to save some money? Come to the Free Market and get new clothing for free!
FARM OLYMPICS
5 - 8PM | Rides from behind Robo
Come out to the Farm to participate in this years FARM OLYMPICS!!! In a team of 4, you can compete in farm-centric events like "Squash Put", relay races, wheelbarrow challenge, and more. If you love competition, farming, spending time outside, or just want to try something new, we want to see you there! We'll leave from behind Robo at 5pm, and head to the farm for the events! There will be prizes for the top three teams, and the winners will have priority for an upcoming pizza night!
SATURDAY, August 3rd

Come swing by our on-campus thrift store, the Free Market, this weekend! All clothing is reclaimed from Dartmouth's waste streams. Instead of buying new clothing, get second-hand for free!
SUNDAY, August 4th
SUSTAINABLE FOOD POLICY FIELD TRIP
8:30AM - 2PM | Rides from behind Robo
We’ll be heading to Montpelier to discuss food policy and governance with two farmers whose second jobs are as politicians: Lt. Gov. David Zuckerman (Full Moon Farm) and Rep. Heather Surprenant (Kiss the Cow Farm). This trip is open to anyone interested in Food Policy and local food system governance.

LONG WIND FARM AND CEDAR CIRCLE FIELD TRIP
FRIDAY, AUG. 9 | 4:15 - 9PM | Rides from behind Robo
Join Farm Club and Dartmouth Sustainability on a journey over the river to chat with Dave Chapman, the founder of the Real Organic Project, and tour Long Wind Farm. Then, we'll be meeting with Farm Club alum Ralf Carestia, Vegetable Manager of Cedar Circle Farm for a riverside cookout and agricultural discussion. This trip is open to anyone who's interested in local food systems and sustainable agricultural practices.

WORKSHOP: FOODWAYS
Saturday, August 3 | 1 - 3PM | Hood Museum
This interactive maker workshop is inspired by the exhibition From the Field: Tracing Foodways through Art. In collaboration with the Cable Makerspace of Magnusson Center and Thayer School of Engineering, participants will learn how to use a vinyl cutter to decorate their own farmers’ market bag. This free workshop is for adults and teens ages 15+ and no experience is necessary. Click here to register.
