BILL MCKIBBEN: BACK TO THE WALL, FACE TO THE SUN
4:30PM | Filene Auditorium, Moore Hall
  • Join Dartmouth's Climate Collaborative and House Communities for a Kick Off Lecture by writer and climate activist Bill McKibben. Bill McKibben is an author, educator (at Middlebury College), and environmentalist, who helped found 350.org, the first global grassroots climate campaign, and who has recently helped found Third Act, to build a progressive organizing movement for people over the age of 60.

INTUITIVE EATING: LEARNING COMMUNITY
12PM - 1PM | Class of '53 Dining Hall, Room 204
  • Join us with your lunch as we explore Intuitive Eating* and how to find more freedom, self-compassion, satisfaction, and joy in the eating experience.

  • Please RSVP in Dartmouth Groups to reserve a spot: space is limited due to location.


Fable Farm Rumney Session! Farm Club!
4:30PM - 8:30PM | Vans meet behind Robo
  • Join Farm Club for a Rumney Session at Fable Farm in Barnard, VT!! Enjoy Pizza, Drinks, and Live Music by the Quincy Saul Research & Development Band in Fable Farm's beautiful old barn! They will leave campus around 4:30 pm, take a ~45 minute drive over, hang out at the farm for a few hours enjoying the music and delicious food, and aim to be back to campus around 8:30.

  • Farm Club will cover entry tickets and a couple pizzas for the group but bring money for additional food/drinks!!

Conversations on South Asia: Reformatting Agrarian Life

  • Join Will Glover as he discusses his new book, "Reformatting Agrarian Life: Urban History from the Countryside in Colonial India." It presents a stealth urban history from the countryside that foregrounds the mutual entanglements of agrarian and urban expertise.

Historical Accountability Student Research Fellow Presentation

  • Mackenzie Wilson '27, Winter HASRP fellow, will explore 1980s conservatism as it manifested at Dartmouth, suing The Darmouth Review as a case study in her presentation titled "Greed is Good: The Development of a Reagan-era Youth Conservative Movement as Led by The Dartmouth Review."
