  • Virginia Beahan's photography highlights the beauty of Louisiana's disappearing wetlands and bayous, exploring the impacts of land loss on the lives and economies of the people who live there.

  • Join Sustainability Staff for office hours! Whether you’ve got a question about sustainability at Dartmouth, or just want to spend time with others and eat some delicious homemade baked goods, all are welcome!

4PM - 8:30PM | Class of 1953 Commons
  • Come mingle with local food vendors and try some amazing autumnal dishes!


POP-UP BIKES SHOP
4:30 - 6PM | Bikes Shop (Fahey-Mclane patio)
  • Dartmouth Bikes hosts Pop Up Bike Shops (PUBS) weekly (weather permitting) outside of the bike shop on the Fahey-McLane patio located on the Tuck Mall side of the building. These are for simple bike registrations, tune-ups requiring less than 15 minutes of work, as well as general maintenance like chain lube and air (which are always free).


HONEY HARVEST

  • Join Hannah '26 and Zoe '26 for the sweetest O Farm trip of the season...the annual HONEY HARVEST! Shift 1 is from 2-3pm, and Shift 2 is from 3-4pm.

  • Come join this annual celebration of Indigenous fashion, creativity, expression and design!

  • Co-sponsored by Native Americans at Dartmouth, Hokupa'a, Alaska Native Cultural Committee, the Native American Program, and the Hood Museum of Art.

GOLDWATER SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION SESSION
Thursday, October 16th
5:30PM - 6:15PM
  • Join the Fellowships Office to learn about the Goldwater Scholarship! The Scholarship awards undergraduate funding to sophomores and juniors who plan to pursue a Ph.D. in the natural sciences, mathematics, and engineering.

  • Current sophomores or juniors who are US citizens or nationals are eligible to apply. Email fellowships.office@dartmouth.edu with any questions.

TRUMAN SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION SESSION
Thursday, October 16th
6:15PM - 7:00PM
  • Join the Fellowships Office to learn about the Truman Scholarship! This Scholarship recognizes juniors with exceptional leadership potential who are committed to careers in the government, the nonprofit or advocacy sectors, education, or elsewhere in public service. It awards funding of up to $30,000 for graduate or professional school. Dartmouth can nominate up to four juniors plus a fifth transfer student each year (and the internal deadline is December 10).

  • Current juniors who are US citizens or nationals are eligible to apply. Email fellowships.office@dartmouth.edu with any questions.

Irving Institute Student Grant Priority Applications

  • Looking for funding to help with energy- or climate-related research or a project? 

  • The Arthur L. Irving Institute for Energy and Society offers grants up to $6,000 for enrolled undergraduate and graduate students who are advancing the Institute's mission of transforming humankind’s understanding of energy, climate, and society issues.
