TUESDAY, July 9th

FARM WORK DAY
8 - 10AM | Rides from behind Robo
  • Come out to the Farm for a lovely morning workday out in the field. No experience needed!

  • Sign up on Trailhead.


FREE MARKET THRIFT STORE OPEN HOURS
7 - 9PM | North Massachusetts Basement
  • Instead of buying new, get your fresh fit at the Free Market! 

  • You can also drop off donations during our open hours.

 

WEDNESDAY, July 10th

SUSTAINABILITY COMMUNITY LUNCH
12:30 - 1:30PM | Irving Building Patio (rain location: Irving Commons, IR 275)
  • Join us for Sustainability Community Lunch this week featuring delicious pasta salad with farm fresh veggies and herbs. Vegan and GF options available!

  • All are welcome, and no prior involvement with Dartmouth Sustainability is required. Bring your friends!

 

THURSDAY, July 11th

O-FARM BEE WORK DAY
1:45 - 3:30PM | Rides from behind Robo
  • Come spend time at the O-Farm and work with the bees! 🐝 We will be maintaining their homes, upkeeping the area, and learning about saving the bees (of course)!!

  • Bee suits will be provided for any activities with close contact with the bees.

FRIDAY, July 12th

11:30 - 1:30PM | North Massachusetts Basement
  • Want to reduce your environmental impact? Tired of buying directly from fast fashion companies with poor labor treatment? Want to save some money? Come to the Free Market and get new clothing for free!


O-FARM PIZZA DINNER
6 - 8PM | Rides from behind Robo
  • Join Hannah C, Hannah M, and Katelyn for a pizza dinner at the O Farm this Friday! We'll be meeting behind Robo at 6 pm, taking a quick drive over to the farm where we'll make pizzas & cook them in the oven before returning to campus by 8! Hope to see you there 🌼

SATURDAY, July 13th

FREE MARKET THRIFT STORE OPEN HOURS
12 - 3PM | North Massachusetts Basement
  • Come swing by our on-campus thrift store, the Free Market, this weekend! All clothing is reclaimed from Dartmouth's waste streams. Instead of buying new clothing, get second-hand for free!

ESD MOVIE NIGHT: OVERBURDEN
Thursday | 7PM | 16 Sargent St
  • Join the Environmental Stewardship Division of the DOC for a free feed-style dinner and a showing of the 2015 documentary Overburden, a film chronicling two women's fight for justice in the coal fields of Appalachia.

  • The event is open to all who are interested in environmentalism, Environmental Justice, and the outdoors! Bring your own bowl and spoon!
